For years, I thought my body was the problem.
I judged every photo.
I avoided mirrors.
I chased healing modalities.
I obsessed over fixing myself.
I searched for the next supplement, the next protocol, the next answer.
What I eventually discovered was that I wasn’t disconnected from my body because of my weight.
I was disconnected from my body because I had stopped trusting it.
And deeper still, I had stopped trusting myself.
Trusting my voice.
